Return Policy
We at EITRI are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction.
However, unless you receive a damaged or broken product, we do not accept any
returns.
If you receive a damaged or broken piece, please email us at
connect@eitri.co.in within 7 days of receiving the product with your order id
and supporting pictures.
We will send you the damaged part(s) as soon as we receive
your email request.
If the entire product needs to be changed, we will send you
a new piece.
If the piece is not available, your refund will be processed
once we receive and verify the damaged piece. The refund will be processed
within 3-5 business days.
Returns of damaged items will be accepted only in their original packaging and with the original invoice.
REFUNDS POLICY:
Only products accepted for return/cancellation will be refunded. All such refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We strictly enforce a no-exchange policy.
